The Final Paper!!!

Well I am in need of a little blog therapy. I finished my last paper of the semester and it is 50 pages, YUCK!!! Well so I have been zoning out by catching up on everyones blogs and enjoying everyone elses stories.

Curt left tonight to hopefully buy his plane, keep your fingers crossed. He has been on the hunt for 5 months and I am getting tired of the nightly stare at all the different websites for buying planes and me hoping and praying that one will work out. It is just a little 4 seater plane but it will get him back and forth from Bullhead City and home nightly.

3 more Weeks and School will be over for the semester. I can't wait for summer, lay by the pool and enjoy the hot weather. And fun vacations. I am heading to Cancun in May and Cali in June, and Kenny Chesney concert in Vegas, oh and my family reunion in Moab. June will be a crazy month.

Well I think that is all the craziness I need to chat about. Thanks to blogging, its great therapy.

First Lawn Mowing Experience!!

Well as many of you may know, growing up we never owned a lawn mower.  Thanks to Green Touch lawn maintenance helped us kids out with that responsibility that I swear everyone in their life has had.

Well Curt has been working out of town and it so happened that on the weekend we or he didn't get the lawn mowed and he was leaving Monday for Bullhead.  Garbage day is Tuesdays and so he didn't want the grass to sit in the garbage all week if the lawn waited for him to do it so.......yep he asked me to do it.

I said I guess I can attempt.  Thank goodness Curt walked me through it on the phone and my sister in law Heather was over and gave me a few tips.  Yes, I did it and I even made diagonal lines.  To give you an idea of what an accomplishment, Jake, my brother didn't even believe that I did it.  Thanks bro.

My slide show includes some photos and also of my green thumb, haha.  I have planted strawberries, fruit trees and tomatoes.  I am becoming a little farmer, I guess as much as you can in St. George with not much land :)

Finally Enjoyable Weather~!!!

Well as many of you know or have seen on the news it is gorgeous down here and I am having a hard time staying inside, especially with the new pool and all.  So instead of studying inside I study outside and am working on my tan :) Oh and enjoying four wheeling trips!!

Curt has headed up north to see if he can fulfill one of his many dreams and buy a plane.  Its an older plane but it is really nice.  He has been flying down to Bullhead City, AZ  more often so he can be home at night and not have to drive for 6 hours.  We have been this close before so I am crossing my fingers that the plane checks out.
I took I think the hardest test of the semester, Cardiology, yesterday and got an 82% so I felt pretty good, I had to be calmed down the night before because I was so worried I was going to bomb it.  Most of the class got in the 70s so that gives you an idea of the hardness (if thats even a word)
Oh and the greatest event of the week one of my bestest friends had her baby and usually I am holding her other leg through labor but I was at work and was 15 minutes to late and missed the delivery (my favorite part)  But Curt and I spent and hour or two over there yesterday just snuggling her.  Congrats Jes, you are awesome!!
